If you don’t remember your password, you can click on the Forgot My Password link on the Login screen, and we’ll send you a new one. You can then log in using your temporary password and change it on your Membership page.

To change the email address you’ve used to sign up for Joy of Try, log in to your account, go to your profile, click the Complete My Profile button, and choose Membership. Then, scroll down to your “Email” section, type the new email address you want to add and follow the instructions.

Visit the joyoftry.com Homepage, click the Signup Button in the top right corner, and follow the instructions. Voila! You are in.

We also strongly recommend that you fill out your interests in the “Interests” section to make your profile as close to 100% as possible so we can send you personalized goodies when a Jot Box is available for you.

To change your profile picture, go to your profile and click the Complete My Profile button. Select the “Membership” section and scroll down to the end of the page. You’ll see the “Change Profile Picture” link. Click on the link and upload your profile picture following the guidelines.

To edit your profile, go to your profile and click the Complete My Profile button. You can edit all of your answers in all sections.

When you receive the email that says you won a Jot Box, you must first claim it to start the delivery process. Then the packaging takes a week or so, and it’s on its way to you. The delivery duration varies according to the place you live and the shipping company’s operations. You can monitor the process on your profile page.

The sizes of the products vary according to the scope of the campaigns. They can be sample size, travel size or full size. You can see the contents of your Jot Boxes in your profile so you know which size you’ll receive when you are eligible for a Jot Box.

No, standard Jot Boxes are completely free. No credit card information or pre-payment is required.

The contents of Jot Boxes change constantly. What you’ll receive depends on the products available on Joy of Try and the answers you gave us on your profile. The more information you provide, the more personalized your Jot Box will be.

If you no longer want to receive emails from us, click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email we’ve sent you. You can also change your notification preferences on your Profile page.

First, check your spam folder and make sure that noreply@joyoftry.com is on the trusted email addresses list. If the problem persists and you still don’t receive emails from us, please log in to your account and check if your email address is correct in your profile. If your email address is correct and we’re not in your Spam folder, we recommend that you use a different email address to log in.

To change your notification preferences, go to your profile, click the Complete My Profile button, and choose Membership. Then, scroll down to the end of the page and check or uncheck the box next to “Yes, I would like to receive updates and exclusive offers from Joy of Try via email. You can unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy for more information.”

Your review might be rejected if it is not in accordance with the Community Guidelines. We recommend that our members review the Community Guidelines before submitting their reviews to avoid rejection.

When you submit a review, our team checks whether it complies with the Community Guidelines. This may take some time, so you will see a notification that says “review is pending approval” while we process it. Your review will be published as soon as the approval process is complete.

Writing reviews is caring. We’d love all our members to help grow the community by writing reviews and giving honest feedback. Also, if you do not write reviews, you might lose your eligibility to receive Jot Boxes. Therefore, we recommend you write reviews for all the products you receive.

We encourage you to write reviews for each item you receive after you try them. It’s important for our members to share their opinions with fellow JoT members and the brands that can’t wait for your honest feedback about their products. Plus, writing reviews is the shortest way to becoming a Jotfluencer (meaning a Joy of Try Influencer). So, don’t hold back. Share your voice!
